| Ten years ago, a call answering service was born
1999 was the year of the eclipse in the UK – if you look at our logo you’ll see our homage to that memorable event. 1999 was also the year that Zoom started our call answering service, employing only two Zoomettes – Sarah Bellamy and Jane Hagger – who we are proud to say are still working with us. Three years ago in 2006, we won the "Action International Business of the Year" Award for most improved company results over 1 year of coaching.
1999 - 2009 the ride through the past decade has been both hectic and exhilarating, and we wouldn’t have missed it for the world!

From the very beginning we’ve wanted to deliver outstanding service to our customers without sacrificing the happiness of our team. We’ve always felt that people working in a fun and motivated environment will work harder to deliver the highest standard of customer service, and we aim to create that environment for our team every day.
The Next Ten Years
Looking forward to the next decade, we hope to build on the technology to help with training and staff motivation by implementing call recording. We hope this will enable us to be recognised as a leading customer service provider in the not too distant future. We’re aiming to double our client base during the next decade, so even more businesses can benefit from our customer service skills.
